Return and Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges: All exchanges/returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery date. All exchanges/returns MUST have prior authorization from VB Teaching Tools LLC. Please email customerservice@vbteachingtools.com for instructions. Please have your Sales Invoice (SI) Number available when you contact us. Packages shipped to VB Teaching Tools without a valid Return Authorization MAY BE REFUSED. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. Customer will pay for all shipping costs. International Shipments: VB Teaching Tools LLC. shipping prices do not include individual country's General Sales Tax, Duties or Brokerage fees. Please note that with some countries, including Canada, the total fees incurred could be as high as 80% of the cost of your merchandise. Please take this into consideration before placing your order. If you confirm your order, and then reject the shipment, you may still be responsible for your original Shipping/Handling costs. Any questions about these fees can be directed to the Customs department of your country. --------
